With having an instie onlocal resturant leases and what has come together vs what is still on the market, I believe that the lease price should be at $4,500 - $5,000 NNN to be competitive with the market. There are a few great opportunites in the area, but due to the fact the owners want crazy terms norhing has come together regarding these other buildings on the market. I believe that this will gain traction fairly quick, which will allow us to get some income on the property rather than it sitting empty any longer, and going into these warmer months is going to be crucial, as the activity will be at a high. Tim and I already have some potential users that would be interested in a potential opportunity.
