Brand new mixed-use building being built now in historic Manchester, two blocks from the busy Hull Street corridor. The space is expected to be ready to hand over to a tenant for their finishing touches in the late summer or early fall of 2023. There will be a chase put in for a hood vent and major systems will be delivered ready to go.

The developer is looking for a solid business as an amenity for the tenants in the building and for the surrounding neighborhood. It does not need to be a food business, but that seems to be a great fit in these types of projects.
