New construction Office/Retail/Flex building to be completed spring of 2023.
There will be two buildings to choose from. 5820 Road 92 will be 24,840 sf (72’ deep X 345’ long) and will have an average suite size of 4,140 sf. 5710 Road 92 will be 16,960 sf (53’ deep X 320’ long) and will have an average suite size of 2,862 sf. Spaces can be combined for a larger footprint or possibly demised for a slightly smaller square footage.
Buildings will have a 22 foot eve height to accommodate 2 story office space. Suites can be office or retail up front with warehouse in the rear of the space. The front of the building will have the bulk of the parking along with a storefront entrance. The rear will have large 14 foot roll up doors and a man door.
Price is $12 NNN for warehouse and $18 NNN for office/retail
Space will be offered in a vanilla shell. TI’s are negotiable depending on terms.
