This center is located on the heavily trafficked N Brightleaf Blvd in Smithfield in the heart of the business district between Market Street and Durwood Stephenson Parkway. The center is undergoing a renovation and expansion that began April 2023 and will be completed in the fourth quarter of 2023. 3,000 square feet is being added to the existing 7,500 square foot building along with refacing the existing building to match. A second 5,684 square foot building is being constructed adjacent to but set back from the extended existing building. Enterprise Rent-A-Car currently occupies a stand alone building in front of the location of the new building.
