Building I is located off of Oak Street. It is the southwest anchor to the commercial core with high traffic and visibility. The building was designed by Locati Architects with 10,600 square feet on the ground level and 10,700 square feet on the second level. Ideal uses are retail or restaurant on the ground floor and office above. The building is scheduled for completion September of 2023.

The space is delivered as a grey shell. Tenant improvement allowance negotiable, and 5–15-year term negotiable.
