The full buildout will include 5 buildings, with 3 buildings under construction and available for occupancy in 2023. The office portion consists of three free standing buildings from 5,700 SF up to 8,500 SF. The buildings will be serviced by a new parking lot to be built providing over 4 parking spaces per 1,000 SF. The modern office space to be built will be one story with approximately 55’ bay depths and standard suite sizes starting at 1,200 SF. Suites will have private front and rear access. Interior build-outs provided by the owner will include completed bathroom(s), electric service, open ceilings with lighting, and polished concrete floors. Finishes above standard delivery can be completed by Tenant.
