Rare opportunity to be one of eight waterfront food kiosks nestled between the Intracoastal Waterway and Fort Lauderdale Beach. Marina Village offers 35,000 square feet of an open-air food hall and entertainment village with ample seating and lounge areas for patrons. In addition, there will be a floating, stationary ferry that will feature a unique and flavorful cocktail and liquor selection. The ferry will be furnished with more areas to sit and lounge, and will also feature a fully-equipped DJ Booth in the captain’s quarters.
Marina Village is located within Bahia Mar, a $1 Billion master development plan which includes a luxury 256-key branded resort with 60 condos, 350 residential units in four towers, a mega-yacht marina with 245 boat slips, 87,000 SF of commercial space, including waterfront office and restaurants, retail and captain’s quarters, a waterfront pedestrian boardwalk and green space.
Surrounded by hotels, restaurants, bars and shops, Marina Village will be at the epicenter of one of South Florida’s most prominent vacation destinations. Marina Village sits right along the dock-slips of the world renowned Marina at Bahia Mar Hotel and Resort; home to the largest in-water boat show in the world, and the premiere hotel for Fort Lauderdale’s biggest music events and festivals, Tortuga Music Festival (100,000 attendees) and Audacy (formerly Riptide) Music Festival (37,000 attendees).
Each kiosk will be delivered in a Vanilla Shell ready for the Tenant’s fixtures and equipment. Marina Village offers (3) different floor plans for operators depending on their use and needs. The ability to have exclusive counter-height seating within the kiosk allows customers an interactive experience. The possibilities are endless.
