Located on East Broad Street and Hamilton Road, Office City is ideally positioned within numerous new redevelopments in the Whitehall area. Robust development currently underway in the area includes Norton Crossing, the redevelopment of a 20-acre tract to include new residential (Lofts at Norton Crossing), office, retail and greenspace. The redevelopment of the former Woodcliff condominium complex will be called Rockwell District, with the Whitehall Community Park integrated into the development. Rockwell District will include 1,000 residential units, 250,000 s.f. of Class A office space, and 75,000 s.f. of retail/restaurant space.
