A $5,000,000 facility renovation project was initiated in 2002 which included complete roof replacement, replacement of lighting system, power washing, and painting of the exterior, renovation of the administrative office, sprinkler upgrades, fire protection system wiring replacement, the completion of hazmat mold and emergency protection surveys and tree thinning and landscape

• Former Electronics refurbishment and warehousing with such amenities as:
• One siding with seven 8’ x 10’ rail doors at dock high serve the southern portion of the warehouse. Service provided by Norfolk Southern Rail. Switch is intact, but the cross ties need some upgrading.
• T5 & T8 High Output Fluorescent
• The office is heated and cooled by three 3 ½ ton heat pump units. New gas-fired suspended heaters installed in 2012 in the warehouse.
• Approximately 13,400 sq. ft. of office, conference room, restrooms and shop area.
