Constructed in part with recycled shipping containers, the Freight Yard is a mixed-use project with 32 apartments, two retail bays, and a large courtyard and outdoor dining and entertainment venue. With a powerful social media presence, the Freight Yard has been seen by thousands of people and has galvanized the imagination of Tallahassee’s affluent creative class. Each of the two retail bays has five rolling glass doors and access to a wide breezeway that allows outdoor seating in an area brimming with street art and spectacular landscaping to provide and unique and entertaining dining experience.
The 3,000 sq. ft. space is an end cap space with access to the Courtyard.
The 1,750 sq. ft. space also includes access to a 40’ shipping container that allows food and beverage to be directly served into the courtyard. It increases the retail footprint by 160 sq. ft.
