A licensed Realtor since 1983, and an active member of the NAI Global Commercial Real Estate network since 2001. Mr. Bove joined NAI Bergman in July, 2005, continuing his focus on the needs of industrial property owners and users. Prior to joining Bergman, Mr. Bove has been recognized as one of the leading real estate brokers in the greater Cincinnati market. Mr. Bove’s emphasis is on communication between all parties of a transaction in order to identify problems and find solutions. His work with institutional clients has provided him with front-line experience in the use of sophisticated financial and lease analysis software and knowledge of the economic factors most important to his clients.
