Seve Woods

Seve is a southern California transplant who earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Davis with a major in economics. During his undergraduate career, he was a teaching assistant for a course in the applications of computer technology, teaching an undergraduate class averaging 35 students per quarter. Throughout his time at UC Davis, Seve was a student athlete who served as president of the 2015 USA Rugby D1AA National Championship Aggie team.

Seve began his professional career at Camacho Commercial Real Estate Services where he has leveraged his education and teaching experience to maximize his clients’ understanding of all facets of the commercial real estate transaction. With his expertise in landlord and tenant representation, as well as effective communication and negotiating skills, Seve ensures his clients get the best economics per a given transaction and ultimately close the deal.

He prides himself on the quality of his service and dynamic understanding of his clients’ needs. Seve looks forward to building long term relationships with his clients and business partners.

In his spare time, Seve continues to enjoy playing rugby with the Santa Monica Rugby Club and enjoys any time spent in the water – whether it be spearfishing, surfing or skimboarding.
