Russell Palucci

Russell has spent the first part
of his career in Engineering, Design, Construction and Development in CT. Russell
and wife Donna decided to relocate to Nokomis, FL to leave the CT winters
behind. They were active in real estate development of single family
residential properties in CT and decided to transition to commercial real
estate after taking a Commercial Real Estate Certification course at Cornell.

Russell has a BS degree in
Electrical Engineering and is a licensed Professional Engineer in multiple
states, including Florida. He has an unlimited electrical contractor’s license
in CT, and is LEED AP certified. LEED AP is a designation of the U.S. Green
Building Council which indicates proficiency in sustainable building methods.

Russell specializes in Income
Producing Investment Properties, land development and retail space. His
knowledge of building design and construction assists clients with property
selection.
