About Melissa
Melissa is an experienced commercial tenant representative specializing in retail, office and industrial transactions. Her prior experiences in management consulting allow Melissa to listen intently, quickly identify her clients’ requirements, and provide effective solutions to meet their needs. Melissa has worked with startups and experienced corporations alike and understands their unique space needs.
Prior to joining Equity, Melissa worked in real estate in Atlanta for 14 years focusing on commercial tenant representation, real estate development, and asset management.
Melissa is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors. When not helping clients with their lease transactions, Melissa likes to spend time with her husband and two daughters. She volunteers with many organizations and enjoys cooking, golf, tennis, hiking and long walks on the beach.
