Remember this when you try to do a DIY by working directly with the Listing Broker. You are paying 100% of the commissions/fees and getting 50% of the representation.
We are paid by the Listing Broker for the transaction we complete with full disclosure to you. It’s in our documents. They share their fees with us. Doesn’t that sound fair and equitable.
