Licensed as a real estate salesperson in 1993, I have been providing exceptional service for over 29 years! In 2008, I became a licensed Broker in the state of PA. I was an ongoing Multi-Million Dollar producing member of RE/Max International’s 100% Club and a proud recipient of the RE/Max HALL OF FAME award. From 2010 - 2016, I was the Company Coach & Trainer of 4 offices and Team Leader of 6 agents. Working in conjunction with Bristol Township Municipal, in 2010, I helped them initiate their Neighborhood Revitalization & Local Economic Stabilization approach to repair our housing market and economy by modifying their Use & Occupancy requirement and educating Brokers about how to complete a successful Short Sale to help their clients avoid foreclosure in very hard times. In 2018, I moved my business to Maureen M. Scanlin Real Estate in Bristol. In 2020 I became a State approved Real Estate Instructor in PA. I serve all of Bucks County & adjoining parts of both Philadelphia amd Montgomery Counties. My areas of expertise lie in both Residential & Commercial sales and leasing.
