Jesse Allen brings over 20 years of experience working with high-net-worth clients and successful
businesses to the KW Commercial team at Keller Williams Legacy. Today’s commercial real estate world is complex, fast paced,& ever changing. Understanding how real estate fits into a financial plan, investment portfolio, estate plan, or business is critical to making sound decisions. Jesse helps his clients see the big picture and provides tools to help them evaluate options when it comes to buying, selling, and leasing commercial and multi-family real estate. Jesse and his team advise clients on sale/leasebacks, 1031 exchanges, owner/seller financing, third party financing, and private equity transactions. A graduate of Duke University, Jesse earned his B.S. in Sociology with a certificate in Markets and Marketing. He holds Life & Health and Property & Casualty Insurance licenses, FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses, as well as his Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation. Jesse resides in Boerne, TX and enjoys, playing golf, hunting, fly fishing and spending time with his wife Caroline and
