Jeff Foster

Jeff Foster started Foster Ventures in November of 2016. For twenty years, Mr. Foster has specialized in providing strategic tenant representation and multi-market advisory services on behalf of local and national clients. His unique ability to digest specific challenges facing tenants, articulate detailed strategies and implement solutions that routinely exceed clients’ economic and operational objectives, is a testament to his successful track record. Extensive portfolio experience and in-depth market knowledge are further assets that help him continually safeguard clients’ core interests.

Mr. Foster’s undiluted advice is refreshing and his commitment to pursuing all clients’ goals aggressively, professionally and ethically are mainstays of his character. His dependability and attention to detail are evident in the quality of his work product and the results that he delivers. Jeff currently resides in Irvine, CA, with his wife, Lynne and two children, Grant & Reese. His other personal interests include beach volleyball, bodysurfing, boating and classic cars.

Mr. Foster graduated from the University of Southern California with a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in entrepreneurship.
