Carter Jones

Carter joined Transwestern in 2023 and serves as an Associate in Transwestern’s Houston office, specializing in industrial brokerage, including project leasing and tenant representation citywide.

Prior to joining Transwestern, Carter completed internships with Sealy & Company, Industrial & Development Ventures, and HORNE. In these varied roles, Carter was able to get hands-on experience in property and asset management, ground-up, institutional quality industrial development, and accounting related to the construction industry. His time with each of these companies gives him a unique skill set and intimate knowledge of commercial real estate from multiple lenses.

Gaining a master’s degree in accounting from Millsaps College, Carter was a three-time Dean’s List honoree. In college, Carter was a five-year letter winner in baseball and made the Southern Athletic Association honor roll during graduate school.
