Carson Scott

Carson is a dedicated commercial real estate advisor specializing in office and industrial leasing and investment sales. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Washington State University and joined Lee & Associates in 2021. Prior to joining Lee & Associates, he worked at Legacy Commercial, a family-owned firm with holdings throughout the United States and Canada, where he faciliated the retail and office leases on behalf of the landlord.

Since joining Lee & Associates, Carson has completed well over 100 transactions on behalf of a wide range of clients, including tenants, landlords, high-net-worth families, developers, public and private REIT’s, and non-profits. He and his team represent over 3 million square feet of flex/industrial/office space on the eastside.
