Ben Blake

Ben Blake became a commercial agent after twelve years of working on the appraisal side of commercial real estate. His former experience as a Certified General Appraiser provides a depth of knowledge and experience in underwriting, feasibility, highest and best use and analyzing commercial properties with his client’s goals in mind. He works with both investors and owner-users to find real estate solutions with a focus on industrial, flex, warehouse, land development and specialty services (Eminent domain, feasibility studies, market analysis) throughout Utah and the Pacific Northwest. Ben is active member of IRWA Chapter 38 and a CCIM Candidate.

When not at work, you can find Ben learning to cook a new dish, golfing, hiking, pickleball or skiing with his kids or traveling to a new foody spots or eclectic hole in the wall.

Ben currently holds an active real estate licenses in Utah and active Appraiser licenses in Utah, Oregon and Washington.
