Barrett Geenen

Barrett began his real estate career in 2010 at QualityFirst Commercial as a landlord and tenant representative. Prior to working with QFC he worked as a Financial Representative for Northwestern Mutual in San Diego. He joined Schwartz Commercial Realty in April 2016 and in 2018 partnered with James Langley and Scott Dickson to form LDG Commercial Real Estate. Barrett specializes in site selection, financial analysis and lease negotiation for tenants and buyers in the San Diego market. Barrett went to University of Colorado-Boulder with a Bachelor in Business Administration-Finance and a minor in Economics. He is active in the San Diego sports community and is currently a youth lacrosse coach with the RC Starz and Carmel Valley Falcons Middle School programs.
