Andreas Schuhmacher

Andreas is a native of Heidenheim an der Brenz, Germany. He
holds a Master’s Degree in Economics and Latin American Studies from the
University of Tübingen. He comes from the Medical Disposables Industry, and
helped the Hartmann Group establish their business in North, Central and South
America. He has filled various roles in Sales and Marketing, and has been
involved in several acquisitions. He was instrumental in building distribution
networks and sales organizations.
His second career is in Commercial Real Estate. He is an
Advisor with Ardor CRE, licensed in North and South Carolina. He focuses on
representing tenants and property owners in the Office and Industrial space. He
is a member of the German American Chamber of Commerce and also of CREW – a
network of commercial real estate professionals.
Andreas and his wife are raising two boys in Fort Mill, SC,
and they are actively involved in the local community. Andreas is a dedicated
member of the Rotary Club and has a passion for classical music. He has been a
singer with the Charlotte Master Chorale for 20 years.
